How do I register?
Registration is quick and entirely online. Head to our registration page, choose your ticket, and you’ll get an instant confirmation by email — along with the private link to book your room inside our hotel block.
How much are tickets?
Three tiers: Student — $50 (with a valid student ID), Advance — $200, and At the door — $250. The advance rate is the best deal of the three, and it won’t last — register early to lock it in.
What’s included with my ticket?
Full access to all three days — every keynote, session, and networking gathering from Friday noon to Sunday noon. Meals and lodging are booked separately, but we’ve negotiated a special attendee rate at the host hotel (see Where to stay).
Do you offer group rates?
Yes — bring your team. Groups of five or more save 20%, the easiest way to turn a few days in Orlando into a shared experience for your whole organization. For larger groups, get in touch and we’ll help you coordinate.
Are scholarships available?
A limited number, yes. If cost is the only thing standing between you and the room, reach out — we’d rather have you there.
I’m a student. How do I get the $50 rate?
Choose the Student ticket when you register, and bring a valid student ID to check-in. That’s it.
What’s your refund policy?
Plans change — we understand. Full refund if you cancel more than 60 days before the summit; 50% from 60 to 30 days out; within 30 days, tickets are non-refundable.

Dates, the airport, and the drive to the door.
When does the summit begin and end?
Friday, December 18 through Sunday, December 20, 2026. The program runs Friday at noon to Sunday at noon. Plan to arrive Friday morning — or Thursday evening for an unhurried start. Our group hotel rate covers Thursday night for early arrivals.
Which airport should I fly into?
Orlando International (MCO) — about 13 miles from the hotel, roughly a 20-minute drive.
How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
A short hop west on the SR-528 Beachline Expressway (a toll road) to Exit 1 / International Drive, then onto Sea Harbor Drive. Taxis and rideshare run about $35–50. If you’re driving, on-site parking is available at the hotel.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes — on-site parking is available at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld.

Is there a discounted room rate?
There is. We’ve negotiated an excellent attendee group rate — including Thursday night for early arrivals. Rates post on the venue page soon, and the private booking link arrives with your registration confirmation.
How do I book my room?
Register first — your confirmation email includes a private link to book inside our room block at the attendee rate.
What’s the area like?

Come as your professional self — most attendees dress business casual. December in Orlando is mild, but session rooms can run cool, so a light layer is a good idea.
Are meals included?
Your ticket covers the conference itself; meals are on your own. The upside: the hotel and the surrounding International Drive area are full of walkable dining, so you’re spoiled for choice between sessions.
