Use the site honestly and for what it’s for -- learning about, and joining, the Summit. That’s the spirit of it; the specifics follow.

Registration & tickets

Ticket types and prices are listed on the registration page -- Student, Advance, and at-the-door. A ticket covers the conference program only; meals, lodging, and travel are separate. Tickets are sold through a third-party registration platform and are subject to that platform’s terms. The Summit is presented by Socioeconomic Summits, LLC.

Cancellations & refunds

If you need to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund up to 60 days before the summit, a 50% refund from 60 to 30 days before, and no refund within 30 days of the event. Group discounts (20% for groups of five or more) and scholarships are described on the registration page. Refunds are processed through our ticketing partner.

Hotel & group rates

Negotiated group rates at the host hotel are a courtesy to attendees and are booked directly with the hotel using the private link sent with your registration confirmation. Room bookings, changes, and cancellations are governed by the hotel’s own policies.

Program changes

Speakers, sessions, schedule, and venue may be updated as details firm up. We’ll keep this site current and let registered attendees know of any material changes.

At the event

We ask everyone to treat fellow attendees, speakers, staff, and venue with respect. We may decline or revoke entry for conduct that disrupts the event or others’ experience.

Content

Materials on this site belong to the Summit or its presenters. You’re welcome to read and share with attribution; please don’t republish in full without permission.

Liability

The site and event are provided as-is. Full terms and governing law will be published before registration opens.
