Bio

Alexandra “Alex” Nuñez serves as Director of Mission and Strategy Advisors at HOPE International, where she partners with leaders and organisations across the HOPE network to strengthen strategy, leadership, organisational alignment, execution, and long‑term impact. A Certified Next Level Nonprofit Coach, she helps mission‑driven organisations translate vision into action through a disciplined operating system that aligns teams and strengthens culture. Alex previously served as CEO and President of Esperanza International, HOPE’s microfinance partner in the Dominican Republic, leading operations there and in the United States through seasons of growth and transition. Earlier she spent more than a decade at Lockheed Martin, building expertise in operations, compliance, ethics, and cross‑functional leadership. She holds an MBA from Belhaven University and a BS in International Business from Eastern Mennonite University.
