Mike Rochelle, MBA, helps mid‑market and enterprise organisations build operational resilience for the AI era. As founder of Resilient by Design, he developed a practical framework — built on Tenets, People, and Technology — that helps leadership teams govern AI adoption before it governs them. His guiding principle, “people lead, companioned by AI,” treats AI as a partner to judgment rather than a replacement for it. Mike brings more than 25 years of technology leadership spanning every major shift from client‑server to cloud to AI, at organisations including Microsoft, CBRE, AT&T Wireless, and Jacobs Engineering, and has led transformation at scale — including growing a CBRE division from $40M to $400M. He is also President of AITP Lone Star, where he is leading a 75th‑anniversary symposium producing an industry‑first AI Charter.
